- Prerequisite: your dog must get along with other dogs and people. If your dog is aggressive with or extremely fearful of other dogs and people, call us first to go through this issue before enrolling: 0424 740 234.

Fun Agility Classes
Beginners & Fun Agility is Mondays in Balgowlah and Fridays in St Ives.
- Agility prerequisite: over approx. 6 months and social with humans and other dogs (that’s it)

Online crash course to help your covid impacted dog
- By covid impacted dogs, we mean a dog who is struggling due to fewer opportunities to socialise over the last few years. They may not like being left alone, or not coping with lifestyle changes.

In 2015 Barbara completed her Diploma in Canine Behaviour Science and Technology at the Companion Animal Sciences Institute in Canada. Barbara has been involved in dog training for the last 20 years and has completed her Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services with the Delta Society in 2007 and is a professional member of the Delta Institute.
Barbara is the President of the Pet Professional Guild Australia. The Guild promotes force free and humane training for all pets.
Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Modern European History and Economics from the University of Berne (Switzerland) and a MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Southern Cross University Australia. In addition, Barbara has in-depth experience in adult education and training, having taught high school and university students in Berne, college students in Sydney, as well as middle and top management employees of a large public corporation in Switzerland. - By helping covid impacted dogs, we mean a dog who is struggling due to fewer opportunities to socialise over the last few years. They may not like being left alone, or not coping with lifestyle changes. More info: what is socialisation and why do puppies and dogs need it?.
- The lesson helps you understand how dogs think and how to communicate with them, plus Barbara covers dogs being home alone and introducing them to novelty.
- The lesson is 35 minutes and can be watched multiple times.
- The lesson is for pups 16+ weeks of age until much older.

She competes in the dog sport of Agility and Rally O and Shellbe (a German short-haired pointer) competes on Master level in Agility and Rally O. Chillax, one of Shellbe’s puppies, competes in Rally O and got his Rally Novice title in October 2019. He is just starting out in Agility.
