The Goodog ordering and payment section includes information on payment methods, the ordering process, logging in, passwords and vouchers.


What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

We use the secure eWay platform for card payments


How Do I Order Online?

Booking Classes

Instructions to book a class or purchase a product online are on this page. One-on-One bookings firstly need to contact us on 0424 740 234 or renee@goodog.com.au to arrange a suitable time before payment. Check here for Our Next Classes.

  • Visit the Goodog Shop
  • Find your class and click on the item.
  • Choose a date from the drop-down menu.
    • For Teenage classes: also chose a book type (eBook or paperback).
  • Choose the payment amount from drop-down menu:
    • Pay total fee: Paying the full amount secures a booking. No more payments are due.
    • Pay 50% of total fee: at least a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining fees are due before the first in-person class commences. If this option is selected, return to the shop before class commences to pay the remaining balance.
  • Add the class to the cart
  • Select View Cart
  • Select Proceed to Checkout
  • Select Payment option
  • Enter Billing Details and any Order notes
  • Select payment method
  • Select Place Order
  • Follow the payment instructions
  • If ordering by PayPal, return to Goodog site to complete order.
  • If paying by bank transfer, email a snapshot or receipt of payment to renee@goodog.com.au

Once an order is placed an email will be sent with order details.

Goodog will email you thereafter with more class info.

Ordering Merchandise

  • Visit the Goodog Shop
  • Find your product and click on the item.
  • Choose the merchandise type from drop-down menu
  • Select Add to cart
  • Select View Cart
  • Select Proceed to Checkout
  • Select Payment option
  • Enter Billing Details 
  • Enter Shipping Details or tick box to copy Billing Details to Shipping Details
  • Enter any Order notes (optional)
  • Select payment method
  • Select Place Order
  • Follow the payment instructions
  • If ordering by PayPal, you will return to the Goodog site to complete the order
  • If paying by bank transfer, email a snapshot or receipt of payment to renee@goodog.com.au

Once an order is placed an email will be sent with order details.

Once your item has been shipped, Goodog will send an email advising the shipment date.

If your product is virtual (i.e. eBook), Goodog will send an email shortly with the redemption code for your order.


Account access & forgotten passwords

If you’ve previously ordered with Goodog, an account is created with the booking email. To make any further orders, the website will require you to login to complete your order.

How to login:

  • Login here: My account
  • Then navigate to the product in the Shop, or browse class dates in Our Next Classes and add products to the cart.
  • If you’ve forgotten the password, select to reset your password.
  • If any issues check the steps in the forgotten passwords section below, or if still not resolved email renee@goodog.com.au stating the problem and Renée will resolve.

Forgotten passwords:

  • Passwords can be reset from the My account page. An email will be sent to reset, then follow the steps in the email. Check the spam folder if the reset email did not arrive. Once reset and logged in, navigate to the Shop and add products to the cart to complete the order.
  • Passwords can’t be reset from the cart page. If you make it to the cart page and forget your password, leave the cart and reset the password on the My account page, then login. You can return to the Cart and complete the order. Products in the cart are held for a limited time, therefore if the item is not in the cart after logging in, go to the Shop and add products to the cart to complete order.
  • If the steps above are not working, email renee@goodog.com.au stating the issue.

Vouchers & coupons

  • Add the voucher/coupon code on the checkout page.
