If you ever wondered what a group class with Goodog looks like, her is a snippet.
There was a big focus on Loose Lead Walking for this lesson. The weeks tasks learned were luring, positioning, handler techniques, fast and slow walking, U Turns and being aware of the space around us. We then had everyone show off their graduation tricks and we see Position Heeling with Middle, Telling Secrets and Gossip and Waving! Very impressive!
Additionally, we learned all the basics including Stay, Attention and Calming behaviours, Recall, Leave It, Sit for Greeting (not jumping up!) and put everything we learned into practise. This ensures that everyone feels confident and safe when out and about in the real world.
This class is for all dogs over 16 weeks of age. Yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks too!
